Union at Compound are excited to invite you to the second round of our new Supper Club Dinner Series curated by Union Chef-in-Residence Eugene Santiago featuring an imaginative multi-course menu that showcases some of the most talented and prominent local chefs. Click here to RSVP.
Join us for our next Supper Club where we celebrate Filipino Heritage Month with an evening that takes guests on a culinary journey together with the intergenerational chefs of our community and their ancestors' time-honored culinary traditions. Joined by Catherine Tolentino of Gemmae Bake Shop and Luna Sallusti of Buvons, this celebratory dinner will draw inspiration from the communal style of dining referred to as Kamayan which translates to “hands” in Tagalog. A bounty of varying dishes shared over banana leaves, guests are encouraged to share in this chef-led meal that has roots in ageless Filipino traditions that will ensure an intoxicating dining experience.
We ask our guests to arrive on time (or early!) to experience some traditional Filipino entertainment and explore Compound’s new transformative art installation and current artist exhibition.
